To add new team member, Just Share your organisation URL to user. He will be given option to apply as team. Once he applies, you can suspend, remove or approve.

To add new task or to-do, you need to click on add_circle icon available in Task panel inside organisation.

In order to update task, you need to be at task page and click on Edit icon edit to edit the task and update task information like status, eta, and percentage of work completed.

To add new discussion, you need to click on add_circle icon available in Discussion panel inside organisation.

In order to update discussion, you need to be at discussion page and click on Edit icon edit to edit the discussion and update discussion information.
